About Our School
Alta Vista Middle School is a dynamic learning community in Carlsbad, New Mexico, serving students and families in grades 6 through 8. We are proud to provide meaningful opportunities that nurture the whole child and inspire a lifelong love of learning. Our dedicated staff empowers students to embody the True Blue characteristics—growing academically, physically, and socially in a variety of settings. With a strong sense of school spirit and pride, Alta Vista offers diverse opportunities for students to get involved, build character, and develop their talents in a safe and supportive learning environment.
