The Carlsbad Attendance Team (CAT) plays a vital role in fostering student success across our district by ensuring consistent student engagement and participation. We are dedicated to supporting students, families, and staff by providing the resources and guidance necessary to maintain strong attendance records.

Our responsibilities include tracking and monitoring student attendance, managing attendance records, and implementing programs that encourage regular attendance. We build relationships with families and school staff to identify and address barriers to attendance, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive academically. Our goal is to create an environment where every student feels encouraged to attend school consistently, laying the foundation for long-term educational success.
