Welcome to the Operations Department

The Carlsbad Municipal Schools Operations Department ensures that every school day begins and ends in a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. From managing 35 district facilities to coordinating transportation for thousands of students, our team supports the essential infrastructure that keeps learning moving forward. Through efficient maintenance systems like SchoolDude and reliable student transport via Valley Transportation, we help create the conditions for academic success.
