Notification of Compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972

The Carlsbad Municipal School District is committed to providing an educational and work environment free from discrimination based on sex, in accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.

No student or employee shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any program or activity offered by the district on the basis of sex.

Students and employees who believe they have experienced harassment or discrimination on the basis of sex may file a grievance in accordance with the following board policies:

• Students: Board Policy JB and Board Policy AC

• Employees: Board Policy GBA and Board Policy ACA
